Thanks for the tutorial. My granddaughters like to make gifts for their friends for Christmas. I think I have found the project for them this year.
Thank you for the Tute over at Sew We Quilt. Makes me think there is hope for finishing MY dresden quilt, or at least repurposing a block or two. LOL I am a follower of you, and when you see Madame Samm Please let her knw I really am a follower of Sew We Quilt, too. I always turn invisable to her.
Hi, Heather. Thanks for the tut on your journal covers; I can't wait to try one. I know my granddaughter would love one for Christmas. The ONE Dresden plate is a great way to start me, a WANABE, out. I do love Dresden plates, too, but a quilt with many seemed a bit too much for a beginner. I agree that Madame Samm is "over the top" marvelous!!
Really nice tutorial! Thanks for a great gift idea!
Great tutorial! I hope to find time to make some for Christmas gifts. I'm a follower already :-)
Enjoyed the tutorial a lot. Was glad to get the tip for the hair ties, had problems using them a few months ago when using them for a clutch closure. Will enjoy making the journals, maybe for stocking stuffers, great idea!
Thanks for your tut today! I've made journal covers before, but not like that, and I'm going to try your way next. Thanks
